Working principle:
Pulp enters the cleaner in the tangent direction under high pressure, inlet and outlet pressure difference as cleaner's power, the pulp flows along the cone and makes spiral movement which produces centrifugal force. The heavy impurities in the pulp are thrown to the inner surface of up cone which is made of high wear resistant material under the centrifugal force, and move down because of gravity. The fine pulp flows out from the middle exit, while heavy impurities and partial fiber sink to down cone. With the washing water back flushing, fiber floats upward to the down cone and heavy impurities sink to the dreg well through the pneumatic valve. The dreg well is equipped with water feeding port and window, which is convenient to clean, observe and discharge timely.
Design features:
1.The cleaner is divided into up and down cones, which separates fine pulp and impurities.
2.The down cone is equipped with water feeding port to back flush the impurities and avoid sinking of the fiber.
3.The cone is made of stainless steel or porcelain. (good wear resistance)
4.No power is needed, it is an energy saving device.
5.Adopt self-control batch dishing, good cleaning effect and less fiber loss.
6.High degree of automation, once started, human force is not needed.
